Sales Support Specialist
Telesphere is seeking a Sales Assistant that has the ability to take on multiple responsibilities, including a front desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team with pre and post order paperwork, order scrub, and order submission. In addition, the role will be required create and submit reports to the Sales Leaders by using Microsoft Excel and Word. As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will be required to bring a bright and professional demeanor to the company as the "Director of First Impressions" and assist with general office management.
Duties include:
- Support the sales team with order paperwork
- Create and submit sales logs and reports
- Greet and announce visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls to correct department
- Assist with filing, faxing, making copies and other support duties
- Update employee phone list and other office documents as needed
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Ensure office is neat and orderly at all times
- Support senior executives as needed
- Assist with coordinating office-wide events
- Prepare office correspondence
Requirements:
- 1+ year relevant experience
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of other computer programs helpful
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, multitask, and work under deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
