Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Telesphere is seeking a front desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to bring a bright and professional demeanor to the company as the "Director of First Impressions."
Duties include:
- Greet and announce visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls to correct department
- Assist with filing, faxing, making copies and other support duties
- Update employee phone list and other office documents as needed
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Ensure office is neat and orderly at all times
- Support senior executives as needed
- Assist with coordinating office-wide events
- Prepare office correspondence
Requirements:
- 1+ year relevant experience
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of other computer programs helpful
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, multitask, and work under deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
