Kathy Brooks - Vice President, People Development

Ms. Brooks was appointed Vice President, People Development in July 2008.  As part of the executive management team, her responsibilities include defining strategic direction and developing and implementing all phases of Human Resources.  Ms. Brooks was previously with Arizona Office Technologies, a Xerox Company, from 2005 - 2008 where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. She was inducted as a partner in Global Leaders, an invitation given to key employees making a significant contribution to the business.  Prior to that time, Ms. Brooks worked for several Ohio-based companies focused on engineering and telecommunications.  She spent thirteen years with Unisource Worldwide, Inc. as Vice President of the company’s central region.  Inducted as a partner of the former parent company of Unisource, Alco Standard Corporation, Ms. Brooks was presented the prestigious “Beyond the Call of Duty” Award for her significant efforts in merger activity within the central region.  Ms. Brooks holds a degree in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.  She has served on the Foundation Board of The Hannah Neil Center for Children in Columbus, as well as a Big Sister with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Locally, Kathy currently volunteers with Florence Crittenton of Arizona and serves on the INSPIRE Committee.
