Bob Paulsen - COO

Bob Paulsen has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with roots in AT&T (pre Avaya), Siemens, AuraServ, Amadeus Networks and most recently as Founder, President, and CEO of Unity Business Networks, a leading provider of IP services with market presence in Denver, Portland and Minneapolis.

Mr. Paulsen is recognized for creating and successfully executing the Unity and Amadeus business plans and financial models. In addition, he was responsible for training, motivating, measuring and supporting the AuraServ Communications sales staff on a national level as that company became the first Hosted PBX Service Provider in the country.

Mr. Paulsen received his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Paulsen leads by example and believes in a balanced lifestyle. He embraces this philosophy through his work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Food Bank of the Rockies and United Way. He enjoys sports of all kinds, and is an avid tennis player. He lives with his wife, Kristin and their dog, Bucky, in Denver.
