Sales Support Specialist
Telesphere is a fast growing business telecommunications company with multiple office locations around the United States. Its headquarters is located in Scottsdale, AZ and is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Arizona sales teams that has the ability to take on multiple responsibilities. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team with pre and post order paperwork, order scrub and order submission. create and submit reports to the Sales Leaders by using Microsoft Office products, and Administrative Assistant duties with sales management Additional duties can include but are not limited to covering for the Receptionist, helping with off-site sales events, helping marketing projects, assisting in creating proposals, assisting with company events, assisting other departments on special projects, and more. This is a very diverse position where multi-tasking and organizational skills are critical. You will be required to bring a bright and professional demeanor to the office as the center of the sales process within the sales teams.
