Clark Peterson - Chief Executive Officer

With over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Clark Peterson brings extensive leadership and insight to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Telesphere. His experience, spanning both the wireline and wireless industries, has been with some of the most respected names in the telecommunications industry. Most recently Mr. peterson served as the President of U.S. Major Market Operations for Clearwire. As one of the original employees of Clearwire, Mr. Peterson was a key part of building Clearwire’s foundation and successfully executing its business plan. Under a strong management team the company grew to over 800 employees, 88,000 customers and raised over 2 billion dollars in funding during his tenure there. Before that, Mr. Peterson was President of the West Region for XO Communications, the nation’s largest competitive local exchange carrier. While overseeing XO’s largest region, he was responsible for the management of over 260 employees spread over several markets, including the major markets of Los Angeles and San Francisco. He also performed several other roles with XO, including serving as the General Manager for NEXTLINK and building the Las Vegas market from inception. Mr. Peterson has also held other various sales and marketing management positions in the wireless industry, including Director of Sales and Marketing at AT&T Wireless Services, a Director at McCaw Revenue Development, and a Product Director for McCaw Cellular Communications/Cellular One. Mr. Peterson was twice voted “Top 40 Businessmen under 40” in the state of Nevada. Mr. Peterson has a degree in business management from BYU.

Dennis James - Chief Operating Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Bringing a dynamic range of business knowledge of the telecommunications industry, Dennis James joined Telesphere as Chief Operating Officer in 2005, and served on its Board of Directors from mid 2005 through mid 2006. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. James served as President and a Director of Teledesic Corporation, a company formed in the mid-nineties by Craig McCaw and Bill Gates to provide global broadband internet service using a constellation of non-geostationary satellites. He joined Teledesic as its General Counsel in August 1998, was elected Vice President in January 1999 and then President in March 2000. As a development stage company, Teledesic raised nearly $1 billion in capital. Mr. James oversaw the repositioning of the business and the successful winding down of Teledesic’s satellite business in 2003, prior to its reconstitution as a private investment fund named Rally Capital LLC. Prior to joining Teledesic, Mr. James was vice president and general counsel of various companies affiliated with the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate in Dallas, Texas, including Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, an international luxury hotel company with operations in the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and Start Technologies, a provider of telecommunications services to tenants in commercial office buildings. From 1980 to 1982 and then from 1985 to 1988, Mr. James was an associate and then a partner in a large Dallas law firm, handling general corporate, securities, international and venture capital transactions. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. James worked as a resident foreign attorney on cross-border transactions for Anderson, Mori & Rabinowitz in Tokyo. Mr. James has a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and a J.D. and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Sanjay Srinivasan - Chief Technology Officer and Head of Operations

As Chief Technology Officer and head of Operations, Sanjay Srinivasan is responsible for all Engineering, Product Development and Operations at Telesphere. Mr. Srinivasan comes to Telesphere with over 15 years of experience and expertise in the areas of data networks, voice services and hosted application services. He has served in all aspects pertaining to a service provider including network design, VoIP, software architecture and development, service provider process engineering, product marketing and development, and network and service operations. Prior to Telesphere, Mr. Srinivasan has served in various capacities with leading telecom companies like Hughes Network Systems, AT&T Wireless, Lightedge Solutions and Terabeam Corporation. At AT&T Wireless, he was one of the leading members of the team that successfully rolled out a fixed wireless residential product and integrated it successfully in to AT&T's operations. With Terabeam, he was a leading member of the team responsible for rolling out of one of the first, native Ethernet/MPLS backbone networks in the country offering high-bandwidth metro-ethernet services to corporations. With the emergence of VoIP as a disruptive technology in the business communications sector, Mr. Srinivasan was responsible for rolling out and operating to scale one of the country's leading Hosted VoIP PBX services. He has held educational seminars on the concept of Hosted IP PBX based services in various cities across the nation and has presented in conferences on the subject of VoIP. He is also responsible for rolling out Hosted Application and IT services focused on the Small-to-Medium business sector. Mr. Srinivasan holds a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a member of Engineering Honor societies such as Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi. Mr. Srinivasan has published in refereed journals and conference proceedings.

Jeff Savage - Vice President of Business Development

Coming from a unique entrepreneurial background, Jeff Savage was one of the first employees hired by Telesphere in September of 2000 and has held a number of key positions during its start up and growth, including being the first to assemble and manage an inside sales team and reseller program. He has been instrumental in the deployment of leading edge, fully hosted IP PBX solutions including development, sales, and support. Previously, Mr. Savage was President of YAK, LLC, a provider of outsourced customer support that he founded in 1998 with clients such as Rivals.com and Sports Washington. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Savage was the President and CEO of Tee Time Travel, an international all-inclusive golf vacation company that he also founded, where is main focus was strategic growth, sales, and marketing. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Savage was the Assistant General Manager of Troon Golf and Country Club, a national and International award-winning private golf club. Mr. Savage was instrumental in all aspects of opening and operating the award-winning clubhouse. While there, he was recognized in national and international private golf club publications as the youngest Assistant General Manager of a top 50 private golf club in the United States. Mr. Savage attended the University of Montana where he studied business and accounting.

Todd Miszner - Vice President of Finance

With more than 20 years of financial experience in several industries, Mr. Miszner joined the Company as Vice President of Finance in December of 2006. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Miszner was Director of Finance for the Pacific Region of XO Communications (formerly known as Nextlink). While overseeing the Pacific Region, which covers 7 markets in 4 states and has annual revenue in excess of $200 million, Mr. Miszner was responsible for all the financial aspects of the Region, including financial reporting, budgeting and strategic planning. Prior to that, Mr. Miszner was the Controller for Nextlink Nevada from 1996 to 2001. The Nevada affiliate was leading market for Nextlink and, at that time, was the quickest market in the country to EBITDA-positive. Prior to joining Nextlink, Mr. Miszner spent 10 years in the banking industry, including 5 years as Manager of Accounting for Bank of America. A CPA and a CIA, Mr. Miszner holds a BS in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri.

Angela Leavitt - Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Angela Leavitt is responsible for all advertising, public relations, and events. With more than 10 years experience in sales and marketing, Angela joined Telesphere in December of 2007. Prior to joining Telesphere, she worked with Zip Realty. She also has managed sales and marketing efforts for Trader Publishing, where she tripled the distribution and nearly doubled the number of advertisers in the Spanish-language version of For Rent Magazine. Prior to that, Angela worked as a marketing analyst for The RGU Group. Angela has also worked as a freelance writer through Sunshine Media Group and Sales Achievers. She is a dedicated Toastmaster and has earned the distinction of Competent Communicator. She has a degree in Spanish Translation & Interpretation.

Dean Jordan - Director of Channel Sales

Dean Jordan joined Telesphere in June of 2007 with more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications industry. Just prior to coming to Telesphere, Dean spent two years as director of sales with Time Warner Telecom where he launched the channel sales program for Phoenix. Dean also worked with XO Communications for more than seven years. Starting as a Director of Sales, he played a major role in the launch of the Phoenix market which was the most successful in the company's history with respect to sales, installs and EBIDTA positive milestones. Dean was promoted to General Manager and achieved Presidential Club recognition for three straight years in that capacity. He also gained experience in the PBX side of the business with two years at AT&T / Lucent. Dean started his career with Pacific Bell, where he spent more than eight years working with some of their largest customers as a National Accounts Manager.

Byron Cantrall - Director of Direct Sales

With more than 17 years of telecommunications sales and leadership experience, Byron Cantrall joined Telesphere in 2007, bringing with him a broad knowledge of growing sales organizations from the ground up. Previously, he was the Director of Sales with Echelon Telecom, and under his direction, the Arizona market quickly became the top producing market within the organization. Before that, Mr. Cantrall was instrumental in successfully building sales teams for a number of telecommunications organizations, and has opened new markets for Shared Communications and Adavanced Telecom. He also performed several sales leadership roles for General Electric through the acquisition of Advanced Telecom. Mr. Cantrall has completed a number of sales and leadership certifications and courses, including Six Sigma. He attended the University of La Verne where he studied business administration.
